I saw many host it (or not hosted) in cloudflare, I want to know how it is?
You’d host it like any other file you want to share with anybody. Put it in a publicly accessible folder in your domain for unrestricted access.
Keep in mind that Cloudflare is not a file host. And if you want to use Cloudflare, you’d need to add your domain to Cloudflare’s system. Maybe you can consider creating a separate domain, like mytheme-cdnDOTcom for this purpose.
