Using Cloudflare requires changing the nameservers at your domain’s registrar so someone at your organisation did, or gave the registrar credentials to someone else to do so.

Cloudflare won’t tell you anything about an account you do not control.

Your site was added to Cloudflare on 2024-03-04 (see securitytrails.com) so maybe that will help you indentify who did it and you can ask them.

You can remove the site from Cloudflare by changing the nameservers at your registrar again, there’s no need to access the Cloudflare account where the domain is added.

Cloudflare is not hosting your site and DNS records are not proxied, but your host seems to be using Cloudflare themselves.
