How do I get a user's real IP

Good day

I have a firewall on my webapp to detect attacks such as on the OWASP top 10, notify IT and block the IP. The issue is, currently the IPs are the IPs of the Cloudflare network and that will obviously cause an issue later, but the real attacker is not being blocked.

Can I access the user’s real IP without an Enterprise account?
