I’ve emailed support MULTIPLE TIMES and have yet to get anywhere. I haven’t found anything online and I can’t contact an actual person. I’ve tried twitter and email. I have been trying for over 2 months to get a refund and I’m about to charge back. Please tell me how to speak to a real person

What email address did you contact? Have you had any response at all, you should get an automated response with a ticket number. If you have, as @MarkMeyer said, please post that here so the mods can have a look.

Ticket 1741393 from one month ago was closed with no reply. If you don’t let us know if you have further questions & we don’t hear back after the auto reply, we assume it resolved the issue.
Ticket 1759734 from yesterday has been sent to the billing team.
I don’t see any contact from 2 months ago, however, just yesterday and last month.
