Unfortunately, there is no option to generating detailed service reports that consumed with TLS 1.0 and 1.1. For such data insights, upgrading to the Enterprise plan is recommended, as it provides access to Cloudflare’s Logpush feature. Logpush delivers granular request logs that include TLS versions and other detailed request data, allowing for monitoring and reporting of protocol usage.

However, you can still obtain general TLS version statistics by navigating to Analytics & Logs > Security > Overview > Traffic Served Over SSL.
