How do I ensure that a resolved phishing issue is seen to be resolved?

Hi,
I received a notification via my ISP of a security issue which resulted in some phishing code being installed on one of my sites.
I immediately resolved the issue but continue to receive notifications that the issue has not been resolved.
Is it possible that this may be due to the 404 page diverting to a “Coming Soon” page? (like the rest of the site)?

I have turned off the Coming Soon, but …

a) I’m curious if my theory about the page diversion is correct
b) how do I ensure that these (erroneous) notifications cease?

Is your website behind Cloudflare? Or are you talking about the 1^4 DNS resolver?
