So after enabling email routing, Cloudflare added DNS records that can’t be manually deleted, I have even disabled email routing, but the DNS records exist and can’t be deleted from the users’ side, (no delete option). What should I do or how can I be assisted? I created two tickets but they canceled them because they all don’t handle DNS. The image is attached. Please help.
These are the DNS records I want to be removed so that I can allow google workspace DNS records to work;
