Can I create webforwards within the DNS setting?

Assuming webforwards means a URL redirect; you can either use a Page Rule and select ‘Forwarding URL’, or you can use the new Bulk Redirects product, available at the account level.

(Or, you can write a Worker, if you need more control, e.g. Country-based redirects).
