What is the issue you’re encountering

my website is not showing up, and I am doing a presentation where I need to use it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have spent over 10 hours looking for steps to take, reaching out to support on Cloudflare and Clickfunnels, and watching videos. I haven’t found any clear instructions that say "go here, change this, then do that and you’re done.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I haven’t a clue. I just want some information on how to fix it. Thanks.

www.transformomivida.com seems to reach Clickfunnels by redirecting to https://www.empoweredlivingcenter.com/coming-soon, is that what you expect?

transformomivida.com gives a 1014.

Make sure that Clickfunnels is set up to support that as well as www (although I expect they require the subdomain). Alternatively, redirect transformomivida.com to www by following this guide…

Thank you for your reply. It is quite complicated for me. However, I notice one thing that may be the problem. I DO NOT want the transfromomivida domain to redirect to the empoweredliving one. How do I stop the redirection?

That redirection is somewhere in your Clickfunnels setup or downstream server (I don’t use such a setup so not sure where it would be set). It’s not in your own Cloudlfare account.

Thank you. Is there anything I can remove in Cloudflare or correct within Cloudflare? This is part of the error message. “The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by Cloudflare’s security policy.” How can I find out what is configured across two accounts?

Also I was wondering how to correct the 403 code?

Clickfunnels uses Cloudflare so you are CNAMEing from your account to theirs. That is not normally allowed unless the target is using Cloudflare for SaaS, which they will be so the error indicates something is not set up on their side for your domain. The redirect from domain to www is a workaround.

Thank you so it’s something from Clickfunnels directed to Cloudflare that is triggering it? Should it be an A file, or is a Cname required?

I am still no closer to figuring out how to get the website to show up. Is it better to delete the whole thing and start over?

There’s 2 things, both described above.

  1. Your apex domain gets a 1014 error. Fix it either by talking to Clickfunnels or redirect it to www as in the link I gave you.
  2. The redirect from www to your other domain. That you need to find outside Cloudflare.
