How do I control the health checks? A site receiving repeated request

I am getting these hits sometimes 2 per second to 3 seconds apart. Health checks are not turned on with this account. The known bots in the firewall rules allow are showing over 5K in hits and the majority are probably like the hits below:

Sun Nov 7 2021 16:47:09 | GET | 200 | 2400:cb00:27:1024::6ca2:ecb9 | 6aaa1a0979576404 | https://mysite.com/ | Mozilla/5.0 (compatible;Cloudflare-Healthchecks/1.0;+https://www.cloudflare.com/; healthcheck-id: ba30aa3c8398e25e)

We are also getting these hits repeated and no load balancing is enabled:
Sun Nov 07 2021 17:20:06 | GET | 200 | 108.162.213.183 | 6aaa4a500de367d8 | https://mysite.com/ | Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Cloudflare-Traffic-Manager/1.0; +https://www.cloudflare.com/traffic-manager/; pool-id: 3656dd21491b0017)

Only Support would be able to track where these are coming from. In the mean time, you should be able to block them with a Firewall Rule for User Agent.

I have what I believe to be the cause of this issue. We have a domain (loadbalancing.com) that we do load balancing and health checks on. One of the origins for load balancing is on a shared host ( and also shares the IP with anotherdomain.com. For some reason, the load balancing is sending health checks and traffic checks to anotherdomain.com instead of loadbalancing.com. I replied to the ticket and hope it can be fixed. The reasoning for my theory is when the user agent for health checks and load balancing was blocked on anotherdomain.com, the health checks for loadbalancing.com started responding as critical (403 error) for that same origin IP.
