I recently crossed paths with a company who are breaking the law and taking people’s money and not refunding it (and simply ignoring them). This will no doubt be breach of terms with their host. However, with Cloudflare working as a proxy, I can’t get the contact details for their host, so I need to contact cloudflare. Does anyone know how to go about this? Cloudflare have cleverly implemented their “contact us” section in such a way that you just go round in circles without ever actually being able to contact them. Thank Cloudflare!
You can file a report at Abuse approach - Cloudflare. Additionally you might want to contact your local authorities.
