How do I configure my second website to point to the IP with a specific port?

Hello, so I have a first website that is on port 80 and hosted on my VPS. THen I have second website that is also hosted on the same VPS but the port is 443, when I make a DNS record I can seem to do 0.0.0.0:443 (0.0.0.0 is an example)

I searched and found Portzilla, but when I log in it redirects me to a blank Cloudflare page. Is there a way to do this without portzilla? if so please help me

Portzilla should show up in the Apps tab of dash.cloudflare.com
