How do I clear cache through my site?

I know there are two ways to clear cache in my site with Cloudflare,use PHP API and use user panel but I want to ask. I have a link like that https://abc.com/db/upload/DM_20130621_001_FRNT.jpg?update=123, if I change https://abc.com/db/upload/DM_20130621_001_FRNT.jpg?update=456 so cache in Cloudflare will change to lastest?

That depends on your settings, but by default Cloudflare does take the query string into account, so your second link would not access the cache.

Css or javascript link file works fine but image link do not affect, I dont know why.
