How do I Chat with support - after upgrading to Business I cannot start chat

When I click on the blue button on the bottom right of the dashboard I get taken to the support area to fill in a form and the only option I have is “submit to community” - there is no chat option.

I do not think there’s Business chat on the weekends. You should still be able to open a ticket, though.

Is there something the Community can help you with?
