Our CloudFlare account was set up by someone that is no longer with the company. I’ve changed the email address that email notifications are sent to but they still come through with the old employees name in the From email field. Is there a way to change the user name associated with a Cloudflare account?
I believe it’s tied to the billing information. You can change that on the on the billing page. Let me know if that doesn’t work.
