How do I change DNS Records for a Cloudflare Domain

I have a domain that is registered with Cloudflare and I want to change the Name servers to another network. I tried adding the NS records in the DNS settings but it doesn’t work.

I want the site to point to another nameserver, not to an IP address e.g
NS01
NS02

You can delegate a subdomain/have a subdomain use different nameservers, but you cannot change the nameservers of the root domain itself if the registrar is Cloudflare, sadly:

Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.
