What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

so I am using one of my domains on Kajabi and it says I must change the NS which I don’t know why when I am used to just changing the CNAME. These are their instructions, how do I do it?

Almost done! Complete these last four steps:
Sign in to Cloudflare, Inc.
Go to the DNS settings for Cloudflare, Inc…
Remove the following nameservers:

Now, add these Kajabi nameservers:

With Cloudflare registered domains, you cannot change nameservers but need to configure all DNS related settings within your Cloudflare account.
