In Security Analytics, looking at Top Statistics, I filtered a Source IPs and cannot revert that filter
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have looked through the Dashboard settings and reviewed community forums but do not see any mention of this .
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Open the New Dashboard, select Security Analytics > Analytics
Under the Traffic tab, scroll down to Top Statistics and select an object (Source IPs, Source Device Types, etc)
Select an object and a Filter and Exclude overlay appears over the statistic.
When you select either they disappear from the list, but there is no way to reset the view that I can find.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Thanks for the reply, sdayman. Those do work presently, however; I filtered our corporate IP address out (Source IPs) form the list yesterday and they do not show back up and I don’t have a filter at the top to remove.
You’re only looking at the last 12 hours. The IP you filtered yesterday may be before these 12 hours. You can also try clicking “More top statistics”, as that may expand your listing.
Thanks. I’ve already tried both suggestions but to no avail. Our corporate IPs should hourly connections and I can see them login in the events tab under security.
I’m not sure what is going on but it I cannot see all source IPs no matter what I try. I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices to no luck. I will wait and see if it resets.
