How do I add Cloudflare's nameservers back into my Cloudflare domain?

What is the name of the domain?

kmpdigitalproducts.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

There seems to be no way to add the nameservers back into my Cloudflare domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

BACKSTORY: Purchases domain on Namecheap. Found out that my host DahNex, requires Cloudflare to work. So transferred registration to Cloudflare (paying for an extra year as required).
MY BIG MISTAKE:
Almost no support on DashNex. I’m going to go with a more user-friendly host. Since I had not done anything with the site, not even adding DNS records, I thought it was OK to just delete the domain. So I did. Did NOT know it would wipe out everything over here.
CURRENT SITUATION:
Your email said I have to go back to my registrar to add in Cloudflare’s nameservers. Only thing is… you ARE my registrar.

What do I do now!!!

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to my domain listing. Click in manage. You will get a 404 Page Not Found page.
