How do I add a member to my account?

Hi,

My ex-boyfriend set up this system, and is now proving difficult in helping me to understand how to use it.

I need to add a new member to my account as an administrator, but I can’t see how to do this. On the members page it only allows me to search members, not add them.

Is there something I’m missing?
