You will need to set the authoritative nameservers in GoDaddy to point to Cloudflare.
You can follow this 000 guide for setting up your domain with Cloudflare.

Thanks, what do you have your SSL mode set to in the SSL/TLS app? Flexible?
I get an error 524 on the site via HTTPS:
Error
Try the suggestions in this Community Tip to help you fix Error 524 : A timeout occurred.
Background
Error 524 error indicates that Cloudflare made a successful TCP connection to the origin web server, but the origin did not reply with an HTTP response before the connection timed out. Typically, Cloudflare waits 100 seconds for an HTTP response. If the origin doesn’t respond in that time, Cloudflare closes the connection and you’ll see “Error 524 : A timeout occurred”.

Did you follow all these steps and the ones below in the 000 article I linked to earlier?
Make sure that the orange cloud is turned off, or otherwise 000webhost will not accept your domain name.
Then, add your domain in your Control Panel, allowing a few minutes for DNS to propagate.
Once it has been added to your 000webhost panel, go back to Cloudflare and turn the orange cloud on. This will enable the SSL.

That appears to be a server problem, not a Cloudflare problem.

@resellerdomaincol , just to follow up on this, your site now appears to be working with a Cloudflare SSL certificate.
You just have some mixed content errors:

Background
Did you notice the green padlock missing from your browser when connecting over HTTPS? That is likely a mixed content issue. Mixed content errors mean that your website is being loaded over HTTPS, but some of the resources are being loaded over HTTP. In this case, the site will show as not secure.
