How Cloudflare and Google Analytics works together?

Hi, I want to know whether cloudflare affect Google Analytics.
For example, if a bot from Germany try to access my site but failed challenged issued by cloudlare. Will it still be counted by Google Analytics?
Does Analytics exclude ALL bots by default so cloudlfare blocking that bot will not have any effect?

Google Analytics is not loaded on CF pages.
