I know specific domains say stuff like “this domain cannot be added at this time” or stuff like that. How can I make my domain say that to any account other than mine trying to add it
You can’t. But if you control the name servers set at your registrar, it shouldn’t be an issue. It’s the same situation with any DNS provider. People can add your domain, but it won’t do anything. For additional insurance, use DNSSEC.

The only issue with that is people are able to add the domain and see the DNS records and such. Even though they can’t do anything with the direct IP they still can see it which I don’t want
The only DNS records people can see are the ones publicly visible to the world. Nobody is going to get a peek at whatever settings you have in your domain’s account.
