We keep getting an intermittent 520 error. It’s almost impossible to reproduce but regularly site users mention it. I would love to just be able to get more details from Cloudflare on how often this is happening, on more pages or any details whatsoever beyond a count of 5xx errors per 24h.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve asked our hosting to look into error logs but they are useless and tell me nothing is wrong with the site or server.

Please guys, any help would be hugely appreciated. If Cloudflare is tracking errors per 24h then there must be logs of the 5xx errors. I’m going insane trying to figure out what is happening and can’t find anything in server logs.
