I restored my cell phone, and I ended up not turning off CloudFlare’s two-step verification, so I just lost the backup code to finish completing. Do you have any method to recover in this case?
What @danstock said… but also, if you are unable to resolve that way you can also email support. You will have to verify a lot of details but they are able to disable 2FA for you if needed.
I’ve tried this form, but the problem is that I lose the backup code, there now is only one way to recover a contact in contact by email. Thanks for your help.
