How can I point a subdomain to a specific port

I know that this topic it’s everywhere but I cannot find what I need.

I have the IP: 1.1.1.1 (its and example)
I have my WIKI.JS site located at 1.1.1.1:3001
(Is not a static site, it’s a node.js program)

My question: how can I point the subdomain ‘wiki.example.com’ to the ip ‘1.1.1.1:3001’

Do you want this proxied through Cloudflare or unproxied as a direct connection to your server?

You might want to have a look at https://www.cloudflare.com/apps/portzilla
