What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t leave an account because my client deleted the user that owned the account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to leave the account but I can’t.

How do I delete the entire account?

Hi there,

Unfortunately an account cannot be left without a super admin and currently we don’t have the option to leave an orphan account. Our Engineering team is aware of this particular scenario and they are working on a solution that allows users to leave accounts, but we still don’t have an ETA for that feature.
