How can I know why I have been blocked?

intermittently, I got an error like follows:

“Sorry, you have been blocked”
“You are unable to access readmessl dot com”(Cloudflare community doesnt allow link in topic)

After I clear my cache in the browser, the problem is gone.
I want to know the fundamental cause though, I couldn’t investigate anymore…

the Cloudflare Ray ID was 7518e10e8a9bc119 and it made between about UTC 09/28 01:55 ~ 02:00.

Can I get any help? thanks!

Only the site owner can tell you what blocked your request, it’ll be present in their firewall event log at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security
