How can i get support if i can’t login, I have another account but I forgot the security authentication-codes and therefore cannot reach out to the support to fix this problem.

Is this 2 factor authentication that you set up on your account? If so, you should have been given backup codes if your authenticator app is not working.
If none of that helps, email [email protected] with the information listed in point 6 of that tip.
