Several days ago I contacted you explaining that you charged 2 times for the same domain transfer.
I only received an automatic reply that doesn’t helps. This reply says that I must reply if it not helps.
I replied immediately and I don’t receive any reply/refund.
I insisted on reply more times but nobody replies me.

Unfortunately the billing support team has quite a backlog at the moment, causing a reply to your ticket to take multiple weeks.
They will eventually get to your ticket and resolve the issue of you being billed twice, probably by issuing a refund for the duplicate trx.

Yeah unfortunately Cloudflare’s recent billing system migration came with a lot of bugs/issues, with one of the side effects being that the billing support team has a massive ticket backlog now, causing the response times to be multiple weeks in most cases.
