Is there who can suggest to me, how can I fix this problem. Because of this problem, I am not able to connect my webmail to outlook in 2013.

I changed proxied to DNS only, but I am not able to receive any emails to my domain even I am not able to send emails to anyone
Looking at mail.thealashraf.com, that is a valid mail server. I wouldn’t bother with all those CNAMEs (pop, imap, smtp). Just make sure that any mail clients point to that ‘mail’ hostname.
