How can I create ticket for technical help?

We have a 503 error with Cloudflare in the message. Upon researching error on Cloudflare we are asked to create a ticket and submit website trace and time. When clicking on the create support ticket, help page opens up and the workflow directs to recommendations and from there the message shows that there are no recommendations for this topic… the only options are to view error analytics or contact community

Please advise…

Also don’t understand why creating tickets would be so hard for customers…

Sent an email per instructions and the response from support is to create a thread in community… looks like we are going in circles here… please advise…
