How can i create multiple accounts and view on the dashboard

Hello team,
I have signed up with the free plan and it created account with the give email address. I can see that account type is standard. I tried to change it to the enterprise with api call but got 403 error. I want to check how can I create multiple accounts (I don’t mean multiple users)
and view it on the dashboard.
As per this post of support there is a POST call with which we can create an account, but which API key I have to use for this ? existing accounts Api key ?
