How can I create A record and forward http/https traffic for specified port on my server? For example: https traffic to the 4839 port
May I suggest looking into below article for supported and compatible ports with Cloudflare proxied mode

You might want to change it to one which is on the list from the link above, or use some load balancer/proxy it.
Otherwise, you could pay for an additional feature, but it could cost - Cloudflare Spectrum:
Nevertheless, you can allways switch to 
(DNS-only) and it should work like that.
Cloudflare Tunnel can also do this:
