How can I communicate with Cloudflare for an attack from IP she owned?

Recently, when I check the logs I found an DoS attack to our name server originated from an IP cloudfare owned (172.70.161.40). But I couldn’t find anywhere that I can report this problem. The server is running normal when I checked, but I still need to look into other log to see if it was down during the attack. (I don’t think so, and the server has also rate limiting set)

Still, how may I contact Cloudflare for this problem?
