Old IT registered the domain on Cloudflare and I guess it was not with this account. I need to change recordrs while keeping old settings. Is there a way to find out hat account was registered so we could reset the password etc ?

Log out of the dashboard, then select “Forgot your password”. You can enter the domain and it will send an email to the account holder.

Otherwise you will need to contact whoever set the domain up and ask them for access.
