How can I check DNS origin?

hi everyone! I have a question that I have a client site (Link)to improve its site quality, Last time I checked his site which is not secure that time. but now after a few days it have SSL certificate so my question is that how can I came to know that my client used Cloudflare DNS or some other because he also do not know how the certificate came.
