How can I cancel my subscription? (Code: 1255)

Hi Community,
I can’t cancel my subscription because when I cancel I see the following message:
You may not purchase any additional services until the outstanding balance on your account has been paid. Go to Billing > Invoices to pay your bill. (Code: 1255)
I have been billed:
Feb 8, 2022 Invoice CFUSA3966778 $27.80 Unpaid
How can I delete an invoice?
How can I cancel my subscription?

You can certainly contact support, but if you want to cancel subscriptions, you should be able to in the dashboard.

If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/billing/subscriptions , you should see a list of all your subscriptions and have the option to cancel them there.

I can’t cancel my subscription because when I try to unsubscribe, I see a message:

If I don’t pay an invoice, will it automatically cancel after 5 days?
