Need to know if there is another way to block users on my site coming from VPN. Don’t have an opportunity to upgrade to Enterprise plan.
You can create your own lists, which are holding the criteria that in your opinion matches “possible VPN”.
It could be such as e.g. by blocking AS numbers of hosting providers with your WAF rules.
It will however be a time consuming task, and most likely, appear as being a never-ending game, as such lists may require constant attention to be somewhat effective.
Or, alternatively, - if you’re only expecting legitimate users from certain specific countries (or continents), you can create WAF rules that are blocking traffic, when it seems to be originating from outside of these countries (or continents).
