I have one web site. I only sell to one country. Yet the price for accessing this feature is so high, it’s not even shown in the pricing guide.
It is correct that blocking countries is only available for enterprise accounts.
If you really want only one/a few countries having access to your site, you may want to code this into your application. Cloudflare sends a country code header with every request, so it should be fairly easy to do.
