How can I block all vpn/proxy traffic to my site by using an api like ipquery.io or a custom maxmind database? I’d like to be more restrictive with the traffic I allow to my platform.

If you have an Enterprise plan you can subscribe to managed lists…

If you want to query a third-party API on requests going through Cloudflare you could use a Worker or, if you are on a paid plan, a Snippet to do the API check for you before allowing/disallowing the request to pass.
