Are you on an Enterprise plan? Or through a hosting partner? It really seems like you’ll have to open a ticket to resolve this, as it says. Post the ticket # here after you get it.

It probably because whatever arrangement your hosting partner has with Cloudflare isn’t compatible with Argo. You should probably ask them as well.
