How add collaborater to a CF Pages that is not linked to a domain?

For Workes & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

default .dev link

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

can not add collab without adding domain

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Or is it only possible to give access after a domain has been linked to it?

If so do we just need to enable
Domain Administrator
Grants full access to domains in an account, as well as account-wide Firewall, Access, and Worker resources.

to give acces to the CF Pages?

Hi there kava

To have some user added to your account that can have access to Pages, you can add it with a specific role. You do not need a user to have a domain at Cloudflare to be added.
