It has been 48+ hrs since i set my cloudflare nameservers in domain, but still they are not propagated.in dns records it is showing “Hostname not covered by certificate .in domain” when i put my cursor on yellow warning icon.also my universal ssl is enabled.

As I see, there’s no issue with the propagation. The records are propagating. However, there seems to be issue with multiple nameservers. There are multiple pairs of nameservers that may be causing this issue. May be you are trying to modify in another account. Make sure to use one account in which you have paired nameservers with the registrar. Review the report:
