Hostname is still managed by a service provider that uses our SSL for SaaS solution

Hi, so i purchased a URL a few months ago and tried to link it to a new Cloudflare account, the previous owner recently remembered he did hook it up to Cloudflare back in 2018, these historical records are interfering with connecting to the new Cloudflare account. The catch is the guy doesn’t remember his old passwords, emails are deleted (don’t receive the email when recreated). Is there any way to sever this historic connection? Cloudflare just gave me this information:

hostname is still managed by a service provider that uses our SSL for SaaS solution.

Thanks!

You can use Liberate The Hostname.
