Can anyone suggest why can’t add the site

to cloudflare? The dns are pointed to cloudflare about 2 weeks, but site is still on pending here

Nameservers aren’t set to those of Cloudflare
% whois russu.me | grep "Name Server"
Name Server: ns1.dns-parking.com
Name Server: ns2.dns-parking.com
I don’t understand than. From hostinger I was told that my NSs are pointing to Cloudflare. So where could be the problem ?

russu.me. 300 IN NS annalise.ns.cloudflare.com.

You can see in the last line that ns2.dns-parking.com responded to the request, not either of the Cloudflare nameservers.
russu.me is registered through Namecheap (according to whois.) If that is the case, you should log into your Namecheap account and set the nameservers there.
