HELP: My client website was hosted at media temple for a couple of years. Godaddy bought the company and the site now returns a 403 error “Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”.
Their support is virtually nonexistent. How can I fix this myself??
Move the hosting to another company.
Withut knowing the (new) origin server you can’t… beyond the suggestion from @anon9246926 …
It’s a 403 error. Even if I can get them on the phone, it’s like they dont want to advise or resolve the problem. The client wants to move to a new host. I’m inclined to agree. The site has been inaccessible for a week.
