Hosting Tropicalserver - Cpanel - No or invalid host_key

Hi!

i’m trying to log in throwght Cpanel of my hosting (tropicalserver) to Cloudflare but I receive this message:

“No or invalid host_key”

Tropicalserver is a partner of Cloudflare, but they say that I have to create a new account of Cloudflare…I done it and the problem still happening.

Any idea?

It sounds like their partner setup is broken at their end.

My advice would be to avoid using their cPanel integration, and set it up manually through Cloudflare instead.
