I registered my domain with namecheap and I had it hosted on Cloudflare by either me or an employee but I don’t know which email was used for the account that owns the hosting for that domain. Is there anyway that you can help me recover the login for the hosting account for my website?

Cloudflare is unlikely to be hosting your site. More frequently Cloudflare will be hosting your DNS records and acting as a proxy between your visitors and the server that hosts your site.
For security and privacy reasons, Cloudflare cannot provide access to an account. There are self-service options available. If those are unsuccessful, you will need to migrate your domain to another Cloudflare account and recreate your DNS records and any additional configuration.
