Greetings I am Hosting In SiteGround and connected CDN Using SiteGround. Can I use Clouldflare NS instead of a CNAME? If so How?

I am new to this so please forgive me for lack of knowlege.

You’d have to disable the Cloudflare setup at SiteGround and start from scratch here with your own account.
